Steve Hunter and his wife, Catherine, were part of the team that planted the church in 2002.  He became a full-time Church Elder in September 2004, having previously worked as a Chartered Building Surveyor in the public sector. He became Lead Elder in 2008.  Steve & Catherine have four fab children.  He is also a keen sports fan - long time supporter of Liverpool FC and baseball team Toronto Blue Jays.
Jon Bayliff became a Church Elder in January 2009.  He has been part of the church since it was planted in 2002.  Jon, who has three beautiful daughters,  is married to Ann who joined him from America 5 years ago and has 2 grown up daughters of her own there. He spent 13 years in the Royal Navy as a Nuclear Technician and then joined the Police in 1990, where he has enjoyed working ever since. Most of that time has been spent in Uniform but more recently he has worked within the CID. Jon became a Christian at 18 and has been serving in Newfrontiers Churches for the last 10 years. He is a keen runner and squash player and enjoys relaxing with friends in his boat!

Jon Booker became an elder in January 2010. He is happily married and has seven children and a granddaughter. He has spent most of his working life employed in various farming jobs. Jon has responsibility for overseeing Social Action and the prayer life of the church.

Mick Richardson and his wife Theresa joined the church in April 2007 although they had been frequent visitors before that time during their many holidays to the area. They have 2 grown up sons; one is married and lives in Wimbledon, the other lives at home with Mick and Theresa. Mick was appointed as an elder in January 2010 although he had previously been an elder in the Putney Newfrontiers church where they lived before moving to Weymouth. Mick is a maths teacher and currently teaches at a learning centre in the north of the county for young people who don't attend mainstream school. Mick enjoys worship music, cycling, sailing and being a Street Pastor, and together with Theresa, they enjoy entertaining friends in their home.
